I started this Blog to help me in my journey to get thinner and healthier. It helps me keep accountable with my exercise. I didn't get overweight over night and I am working hard to get back in shape. My friend told me that It's not a Sprint but that it's a Marathon!!

December 1st weigh in

I've been having a really hectic and very busy work schedule and with Thanksgiving..I weighed yesterday and didn't loose anything. I wasn't disappointed because I thought that I would have gained.
With working the double shifts..I wasn't eating enough food and i sure didn't feel like exercising after I got home from work. All I wanted to do was flop on the couch and that's what I did. HA! I did get a lot of steps in from walking at work.

Thanksgiving was so much fun  with my family...a little loud with 9 grand kids but fun. I really didn't over eat but I felt sooo stuffed because it was more than I had eaten for a couple weeks. I only had 1 piece of pumpkin pie lol

Good news though: I love the measuring tape!! LOL
Mid-section: 1 1/2 in.
Waist: 1 1/2 in.
Stomach: 2 1/2 in.
Hip: 2 in.

I am so happy even though I didn't loose lbs. I am most excited about the hips. It has taken sooo long to loose something measurable there. Today I was looking for a pair of pants and found my old black corduroy pants that I haven't work in a zillion years. I thought what the heck....Ill try them on.
Know what?? They are loose!!! I can take some seams and Whola!! new pants!!!
That just made my day today!!!

And with not doing exercises for a couple weeks...my arms were sore and my whole body felt achy and yucky So I am getting back to the routine.

Broccoli Salad

When I was in Texas my daughter made this for us. Now I usually don't like plain raw broccoli but this is delicious. There is Broccoli, raisins, bacon bits, almonds and a tad of  grated cheese. I just sprinkled it a small amount so don't have exact measurements. The sauce is 3/4  C Hellmans, 2 T white vinegar and 1/2 c sugar. The Hellmans does have some calories in the 3/4 C but that is for the whole salad. So I figure that it isn't too bad. That's my story and I'm sticking to it LOL
It went great with my sandwich and carrots. That's about 1/2 C there. My husband even loved it too!!

November 15th weigh in and its good news

Yes....I have some good news. It has been such a battle for me, frustrating at many times and I have stayed the course although many times wanting to give up and say Heck with it. But I just cant do that!!! lol a couple weeks ago....I re assessed my situation and made some changes which was eating more  calories, sleeping better and using weights more. I have been at this plateau for about a month.

Today, I can very happily say that I lost 3 lbs. That may not sound like a huge amount in 2 weeks but it is for me!!! And the best part is....the inches in the past 2 weeks.
Chest 2 in
Underchest 1 in
mid-section 2 1/2 in
hip 2 in
leg 1/2 in
stomach 1 in
I think thats it awesome!! I know I tend to watch the pounds but I want to concentrate on the inches more and the lbs will catch up...I hope!!! lol

After 5 months:
Face 2 1/4 in
chest 6 1/2 in
underchest 6 1/2 in
waist 5 1/2 in
Mid-section 9 in
hip 3 in
thigh 2 1/2 in
leg 2 in
arm 1/2 in

I have  3 more lbs to get into the next number section and it'd be awesome to do it in the next 2 weeks....we will see. Now onto more exercising this week. Have a great weekend.

November 1st weigh in

Ok....geee I cant believe that it is Nov 1st already. I am in Texas right now and did my weigh in. I lost 4 lbs. I lost 1 inch in my chest, 1 inch in my waist and 1 inch in my hips.
But before you get too excited for me..let me tell you something.

After my weigh in 2 weeks ago when I didn't loose anything pound wise or measurement wise...I got really discouraged. I was thinking that this is not all worth it and who am I kidding that I am ever going to loose all this weight and well...I ate and ate and gained 4 lbs in about 4-5 days.
Then I re-evaluated and had a heart to heart with myself. I started getting a good nights sleep and increased my calories and I felt GREAT!! I even had energy. HA! I also wrote out a schedule of things to do each day. It is flexible so that I can change it somewhat. It has been working because I lost those 4 lbs in the past 10 days so I am back where I started at before.
AS far as my fitbit compeitions..I still do them but I am trying really hard to let it go and NOT have to make such an effort to out do everyone until I'm exhausted just to win. Its hard but so far so good.

I get home Nov 2nd so am looking forward to the next 2 weeks to keep following my plans. This loosing weight is tough and sometimes more than I expected. I just really HATE exercising and running and walking...the whole enchilada!!! But.....I keep reminding myself that the end result WILL be worth all the pain and hard work.

WOW!!

I feel AMAZING!!! Guess thats what some sleep can do for you, Ha!
I felt sooooo bad last week....my arms ached in fact everything in my body ached and I was just barely managing each day. I am like WHAT is wrong with me? I had been doing 3-5 fitbit competitions a week for about a month and i was working hard for Mon-friday with no resting and I wanted to WIN!!! lol and so i kept working harder!!  I did win about 1/2 of them but it sure was Hard work!! All this didn't dawn on me until my weigh in and I got to thinking!! DA!!

Sunday I slept for 11 hrs and felt like a new person. Mon was about 8 hrs and a nap this afternoon. I actually have energy again Ha!

I have increased my calories to at least 1,300-1,400. Yesterday was 1,397 and today I was a little pig at 1,634 lol  I have been able to get around 12,000 steps in on both days with no exercising. Ive still burned more than I ate. I will weigh at the end of the week and see what happens.
Today my daughter Jessica called me about this 21 day fix. It is a program that you buy with tapes etc but she found the eating plan on Pinterest.
On your daily intake depending on how many calories you are to eat you eat some out of each color.
Like for 1,200 -1,400  you eat 3 of the green group, 2 in the purple group etc.
Here is the color coded food list: hopefully you can read the foods ok.
  I dont know if this makes it easier or not!!
 This is the amounts that you eat of each group. It sounds pretty interesting.
Its for three weeks, 30 minutes a day. 2 active recovery days. I think this is doable. I have just walked, ran and did aerobics for steps. I think my body has gotten used to the routine so I need to wake it up a bit and do other things also. I am in the process of making out a schedule of different things to do each day. Mon, Tue, Wed will be a rest day then Thur, Fri, and Sat with Sunday rest day again.

I have a bike here--real and stationary, a weight bench, a treadmill, a jump rope, a mini tramp, hand weights and leg weights and those stretchy cord thingys and a dog that LOVES walks so there is no excuses. lol It is just figuring out what things are best for when. That's my goal this week.
Getting this all off is a real Pain!!! But all the work will be worth it in the end!! Well...off to bed!!

Re-assessed

Ok...I have re-accessed my situation. I believe that there is no way that I shouldn't loose at least 1-2 lbs for a 2 week period. I thought I better take a look at what I am doing wrong.

#1. I compete in Fitbit competitions and I am very competitive. If someone is within 10,000 steps and it is possible for me to catch up...I will stay awake until 2 or 3 AM getting steps. I CANT let it go and go to bed!! I'm a weirdo like that lol

#2. I am eating anywhere from 800-1,100 calories a day. I think that I am not eating enough and I am not eating regular foods. My foods are mainly wheat bread (2 pc) fruits and veggies. So I think that my body needs more. Plus on evenings that I work I am getting home at 9:40 or so and am eating dinner at 10:00 pm so that's not good...my body doesn't have time to burn off the calories that late at night.

#3. I am not getting enough sleep due to staying up all hours getting steps just to stay ahead!! lol

Soo.....Revisions...

#1. NO fitbit competitions for the next 2 weeks. I will just keep track of myself and this is gonna be Soooooo HARD!! I have already been invited to 3 and turned all 3 down......I LOVE competing
Ahhhhh  Im dying here lol

# 2. I am raising my calories to 1,300 a day. I will keep close track of them on Fitness pal. I am really increasing my water also. I am going to fix regular stuff and eat a small portion.I am going to eat dinner before I go to work then have a light snack after I get home.

#3. I will be going to bed between 9:30-10:00. YIKES!! I'm a night owl so this is going to be so hard but I'm sure that my body will love the extra sleep.

I will still be getting in my steps and doing exercises to burn off those calories. This will be for the next 2 weeks and we will see what Nov 1st weigh in will be. I actually feel good about these adjustments except for the competitions.....*sigh*

Oct 15th Weigh in

Sometimes my husband hears me get the scale out and then in a minute he hears...DUMB Scale!!!
Well.....the scale was dumb but it wasn't the scales fault. I didnt loose any lbs but did loose 1 in off my hips. I was kinda disappointed.

I am thinking this is so crazy....what am I doing wrong here? I'm getting lots of steps and doing my aerobics tape a lot. I am burning lots of calories and I think that I am not eating enough calories. My goal is to stay around 1,200 and I am mostly from 850-1,100. So I think I need to eat more so my body doesn't think I'm starving it.

I was reading some information and when I started my aerobics tape, it tired me out and now I can get through all of it and not even break a sweat so I think I need to step that up too. At least for me I think that my body must be comfortable with it and maybe that's a reason why also. I am making plans for some new things for my exercise.

I was also reading that you need 7-8 hrs of sleep. Your body needs to time to burn off calories etc. Now.....I'm a real night owl so that could be a problem too. I may have to go to bed earlier!!

This past week....I had a several sewing projects and other projects that I needed to get done. So that mean there weren't many extra steps this last week. A couple days I just had the bla's and vegged on the couch all day..I must admit that it was nice though. lol

Monday I am back on plan again and excited to see how things work out for the next 2 weeks!! Guess I gotta take the good with the bad!!

My accomplishment

I'm so excited that I had 4 accomplishments this week. With my fitbit (that I love) there are competitions. The work week challenges go Mon-Fri.
Being that I am a very competitive person...you give me a challenge and I'm there!! I will stay up late into the night to catch up with people, Ha! I might be a little obsessed with this stuff lol. So this week I won several competitions.
This was # 1. Ryan was ahead of me most of the week but....Not in the end!!
This is # 2. This Julie and I were on each others tails all week long. It was tough to win this one.
I was also in a Goal day which is just 1 day. You see how much you can go over your goal of steps that you have set for yourself. I won that one pretty good. I did 253 % over my goal. It was a fun day.
This next one is my favorite. I didn't win it but..... I beat someone very special and I had to work my butt off to do it!!
**I beat Carol!!! YAY!!!
She was ahead of me all week and I didn't know if I could do it. On Thursday night she was about 8 or 9 K ahead of me and I was up to like 2 am catching up. I got ahead of her so I bet she was surprised to see me ahead in the morning. I spent Friday trying to keep up and ahead of her and..... I DID it!!! 
I'm enjoying my win and it may never happen again because she runs a lot and gets 10 zillion steps. lol. This week was a very hard week for some reason but yet it was a great week for me.

This was my Friday and I burned a lot of calories. My focus this week is going to be more on the calorie burn rather than steps. I have my food pretty well under control so that should be no biggie.

Flattening your stomach

I babysit my 3 yr old grand daughter Bailey every Wednesday. She found the new plastic rolling pin that I bought on the clearance isles at Walmart when I was suppose to be walking!! I looked up and saw her with it.
I asked her..What are you doing with the rolling pin?
She replied: I am rolling my stomach flat!!
I thought if only it was that easy if only!!! lol *sigh*
My week has been off and just cant get traction this week. I'm trying but it is really HARD!!
This week it is just plain ole hard work. I have a goal to loose 2 lbs by the next weigh in which is Thursday Oct 15th.

Oct 1st weigh in

I had a great week and walked 114,697 steps last week. The 1st was on Thursday but I waited to weight on Sat the 3rd to finish out the week.
In order to get all my steps I had to do this. So hard to turn down the first spot next to the handicap parking......
and park way at the end and walk. I hated to do it but.....its all in the name of steps. lol
I found that going to Walmart and walking up and down every isle....it gave me 5,000 steps and it was fun to see everything in the shelf. But it wasn't so much fun carrying all the items that I bought in the clearance isle!! lol Walmart walking could tend to get expensive!!

Now for the Weight in: I lost 5 lbs. I'm excited. I measured and expected to loose everywhere. But I didn't. I lost 1 in around my face, 1 inch right under my chest and 2 inches in my waist. Everything else stayed the same. So....its on to a new week and many more steps. Next weigh in is Oct 15th.

Mid-week report

I am having a great week and getting in the steps. These fitbit competitions are fun and very addicting. I can hardly get anything done cuz I cant stop walking long enough to do it lol.

All I can say is.....Thank goodness for this!!!

My new but old brown shirt

Another new week has started and I am working hard on my steps and exercise. I have a weigh in on Friday so this week is very important. There will be serious exercising going on here!! Ha!
Several years ago, I saw and fell in love with this top so I bought it. I was hoping to fit into it and well....its been hanging ever since. I knew that I couldn't wear it when I bought it but I HAD to have it. lol. While I do LOVE purple, I also love brown and turquoise.
I have NEVER been able to get it on before because it is size L. I tried this morning and got it on. I was totally surprised. It is still tight and the flowers look stretched out but Hey!! its on!! YAY!!
My goal is to wear it on Thanksgiving with some cute brown pants!! It should be fitting a lot looser by then.
I finished last week (mon-sun) with 67,810 steps. Hoping to get more this week. Off for a walk!!

Belt progress

This is my belt. When I started this weight loss...I could comfortably keep it on the first hole and if I really sucked in....I could do the second hole.
Then about a month ago...I could get it comfortable on the fifth hole.
Now...it is on the fifth and last hole and look at the room. My husband asked me if I wanted a new belt? I said No because I like seeing my progress so I will be making new holes.
While I can notice, no one else has said anything. People at work, friends etc don't know that I am trying to loose weight. I haven't told them because I want to see when it is noticeable to people. I am just getting impatient for others to notice. If I could just Poof it... and be to where I want to be.....all would be well....But..sigh..I cant so I keep getting in those crazy steps and exercising!!

Weigh in day..Sept 15th.

I weighed in today and I lost 2 lbs. I was expecting more since I have been working so hard and eating so good. But I will take it and keep on working away. I did my measurements too:

Hips -1 in.


This is also the 3 month mark since I started this journey. I have lost 20 lbs altogether!!

The 10 Day eating challenge

Monday I am starting the 10 day clean eating challenge hosted by My Fitness Pal.
There are 3 levels:
1. if you eat lots of fast food/processed food, then eat 1 clean meal a day
2. if you eat medium fast food/processed food then eat 2 clean meals a day
3. if you hardly eat fast food/processed food then eat 3 clean meals a day.
So I am going with 2 clean meals a day. I already eat pretty good but I do like bread and dairy etc. 
No boxed food or canned food, tuna etc. or anything processed.
So I bought all my fruits and veggies and am ready to roll.

We will see how creative I can get with my meals!!
I think that it all help me plus with my walking/running and exercising....I should loose lbs!!
I was so tired Sat from such a busy week and all those steps so Saturday and Sunday I am chilling. I have another busy week this week and more challenges so I will be ready to go come Monday morning.

Tuesday is weigh in day and I am really anxious for it. It is so hard not to get on the scale ahead of time.

I'm still stepping like cRaZy

Yah...I guess I am hooked on this fitbit competition. This Cathy and I have been head to head all week long. I have been walking at work, walking Oreo, aerobics, stairs, exercises for my steps.

No....I wasn't able to run Mon due to being so busy with family....Tue-Thurs. I had to babysit my grand daughter so watching her is a full time job with no running. I also didn't run last week because we got hit with a heat wave and it was so HOT and HUMID!!! Me run in the heat?? don't think so!!
Tonight after work I did 1/2 mile on the Boring treadmill. I was pretty tired after a busy day. I will get back to it again this next week.

But I have been getting steps in and burning calories and my eating is just great. No problems there.
I have been scheduled 5 days this week at Michaels and it is all sales floor so I get a good 5,000 steps just at work.This Cathy doesn't know that LOL  She is keeping up and we pass each other....shes killing me Ha! One more day so wish me luck!! I WANT to win this challenge!!

Revamping old clothes

I have been seeing how people revamp old clothes and make them into something really cute and stylish. So...I thought that I can do this so I have some ideas. I went through my closet and found my favorite purple shirt that I wore last winter. It has a spot on the front so I cant wear it anymore in its present state.....but I think I can work magic with it. First.....I decided to try it on and WOW!!
Last winter that shoulder seem was at my shoulder. Can you see how far down it goes?
That's how much I have lost across my back!! I was excited.......
but now this is not going to be as easy as I thought. Because now I have to rip out the shoulder seam and take it up at the shoulder. Hopefully soon I will have the new revamped shirt to show you.

I'm still working hard. My next weigh in is Sept 15th and it will be here before I know it.

Mon: 6,921 (hung out with family)
Tues so far: 8,191 steps and its 2:00 pm so plenty of time to go.

Actually I'm in a challenge in Fitbit and this Cathy chick and we are head to head. I was 800 behind her but am now  444 steps ahead of her.
I'm getting tired since I have been up since 2 am for work this morning so I hope she goes to bed like Now!! lol Arrggggg...She pulled ahead so I had to do some fancy steps lol
Ok...15,363 Steps and its midnight and I'm 590 steps ahead of Cathy.....Am I a idiot or what?? LOL

Belt holes

I had a really hard week at work. I was doing ok on my fitness challenges but I just didnt have it on friday. My steps were only 3,758. It has been so HOT and HUMID.....that could be the reason.. it just drains all my energy!!
For some good news....Ive gone up on belt holes on my belt. I used to use the first hole comfortably and if I really sucked in, I could use the 2nd hole. HA!
I have moved to the 5th hole which is about 3 in. and no sucking in YAY!!! After this one I will have to make new holes. Don asked me if I wanted a new belt? No....I like seeing my progress. When I'm all done then comes the new belt. I'm excited.

The past 3 crazy days

The last couple days have been crazy!! Tues on truck day I got hammered with Canvas...back to school stuff.
4 U-boats and a shelf of stuff plus about 4 shopping carts full of misc stuff. All that canvas was heavy so I got a great workout. Tues. was also Fall Tour Day for the big wigs to come see the store. Everything had to be out by 10 am for them to arrive...so I really had to busy it to get done. I had 5 hrs to get it all done. Other depts got done early so they came and  gave me a hand. Got it done, they came and everyone was Happy...Happy..Happy!!

Wed: I did have to babysit but was able to get my steps in by taking Bailey on a bike ride..Oreo and I walked. Did exercises but sadly did not get  my run in. I was still pretty sore from Tuesday.

Thurs: A group of 3 us from work went into a Chicago suburb to do their truck for them. Apparently there is trouble with workers/manager and so no one showed up for truck work on Wed.  Left Rockford about 4 am, went and spent about 8 hrs there getting their freight out. There is still lots left and his workers didnt show up today either. One guy did and was arguing with the manager so he sent him home. The store was not as neat as ours and some of the workers that were there, clearly weren't  happy that we were there and so we got attitude. I am SO thankful for my Micheals store, my co-workers and my manager!! lol
We stopped for lunch on the way home and the day was fun with my friends. But boy....I'm beat now....2 truck days in one week. After I took a long nap..I took Oreo for a walk, did some aerobics, jumping jacks and got my steps in.

It wasnt as bad as I expected

YAY.....things werent as bad as I expected. My husband says that sometimes I see the glass half empty!! Ha!
While I did gain 1lb the last 2 weeks due to birthday/anniversary/company week... I am thrilled to death about it. I know that sounds wierd but I expected a gain of 3-4 lbs. 1 lb is no biggie....I can take that off this week.

I did mesure and I lost in. in several areas.
Chest: 1/2 in
Midsection: 3 in.
Hips: 1 in.
Mid-leg: 1/2 in
and finally those darn Arms: 1/2 in.

I am on cloud 9 and back on track and ready for a work hard busy and exciting week!!

My Surprise birthday

My birthday was on Sat and I took it kinda easy that day. I did do some exercising but not to over due...4,457 steps. My husband pulled off a surprise b-day party for me at a great restaurant. I guess he had this planned for like several months so he was thrilled that he pulled it off:
Like I said it was at a great place and there was lots of pizza, mostacoholi, ravioli, tortellini, bread etc. and a yummy Caesar salad with lots of dressing already in the salad. I cringed for just a moment and dug in lol. I was thinking carb overhaul!! and then this delicious cake and ice-cream. To make myself feel better...I drank water lol
It was a great party...there were about 45 friends and family there. And there were leftovers of pasta and cake to bring home. I can say that the cake is all gone....lol and the Mostacoholi is almost gone too. My daughter Jessica flew in from Texas to surprise me and so Mon night we had my homemade enchiladas. They are yummy but many many calories.

Jess was able to stay a few days so Monday her and I went running together. I was able to do 8 out of 14 blocks again. It is fun to run with somebody else. We went shopping and she bought me a couple shirts and I bought me a couple shirts. Some were XL and some were L. I am just thrilled to be into normal sizes. NO more 1X or 2X sizes!!

So Wed....is a new start from my bad weekend. I will be up and running again tomorrow. Hopefully I didnt do too much damage this weekend. I felt so STUFFED!!!

Weigh in day-August 15th

I had my weigh in today. It was really only for 1 week since I was still in vacation mode from the week before that. I lost 1 lb. I wasn't expecting a lot just having lost 9lbs 3 weeks ago but was hoping for 2 lbs. I also measure and I usually loose in 3-5 areas. This week...I lost 2 in. in my mid-section and 1/2 in. in my waist. Everything else stayed the same. I can tell that my clothes are getting looser so hopefully it will all catch up.

To make me feel better..I ate a whole pizza and a hot fudge Sunday!! (J/K) lol
I started this Life Change on June 15th so this is my 2nd month anniversary. I looked at where I was 2 months ago. I measure head to toe. Here's my stats:
Face-cheeks: 1 1/4 in.
Neck: 1/2 in.
Chest: 2 1/2 in.
Under chest: 3 1/2 in.
Mid-section: 5 1/2 in.
Waist: 3 1/2 in.
Hips: + 1 in. (don't understand that at all)
Thighs: 2 in.
Mid-leg: 1 1/2 in.
Ankle: 1/2 in. Really?
Arms: O
Wrist: 1/2 in. Another Really? Ha!---Now my wrist is only 6 in. around !!

So I guess I cant really complain and will keep pluggin along. I just want it to go really fast and I get impatient.
I have 4 grand kids staying over this weekend ....so think I'll enjoy the weekend and be ready for Monday.

2 voices

Ya know it is really tempting sometimes to relax and not do my exercises. I was faced with this today.
I babysat my 3 yr old grand daughter today and you don't really get anything done with a 3 yr old. I didn't really want to do anything today. I know my weigh in is on Sat. So did I want to relax and maybe mess up my weigh in....or bite the bullet and just do it?
I had one voice on one shoulder saying..its ok if you miss, it wont hurt you. You can work extra tomorrow. A procrastinator issue.
The voice on the other shoulder is saying...you know what is right and you have come along so good so far!!! I HATE voices!! lol
 Soo......I decided not to give up and I got my exercises in. I did 2 aerobics tapes and about 60 jumping jacks. I feel good that I didn't listen to the wrong voice!!

I am no Mario Andretti....I run pretty slow. I have ran with Oreo for a short time and I imagine that he is thinking...When is she going to start running!! HA!

"Me" vs the "Mirror"

I had a great time on vacation but so glad to be home again. I had a good weight loss and ready to roll for the next 2 weeks.

I know I lost 9 lbs but I dont really see it. I can tell that my clothes are looser and I was able to buy a t-shirt in large which is super cool. My problem is the mirror. I feel thin but look so big still. It drives me crazy. I see this:
 But I wanna see this: Ha! Come on...cant mirrors just lie?? Ha!
I guess in time I will...its just so hard to be patient!! They just need to outlaw mirrors lol
Ive got the fitbit recharged and in a week fitness challenge so I am pluggin along.....

Weigh in day-August 1st

Today is AWESOME!!!!!!
I lost:
1 1/4 in. In my chest
2 in. In my underchest
3 in. In my midsection
2 in. In my waist

And a total of 9 pounds for 2 weeks.
I'm excited!!!   Yippee

I've been on vacation and lost 4 lbs while on vacation. I weighed before i left. On the drive out i added up the double stuff oreos...840 calories....ouch!
So from then on....I really had to turn down good things to eat if i didn't want to gain and  it paid off. I utilized the pool as much as i could. I also took the stairs rather than the elevator.  You know shopping can really add steps lol
I was able to buy some shirts in large. I was thrilled. Looking forward to the next 2 weeks.

Estes Park

While we're in colorado we took a jeep tour at Evans Park. It was all cool until.......
At 10,000 he stops the jeep for a little hike. WHAT!!! This is suppose to be a ride. Lol. Now me and hike dont go together....like oil and water lol. He says dont worry it's only about 1/3 of a mile. So off we go. Downhill is going ok. There's this pretty waterfall at the Bottom.
Then comes the part I've been dreading......going back UPHILL.  And it was a killer.....at the high altitude
Once we got on top the views were phenomenal.
But i survived to tell about it lol. It gave me a good workout and gave me my steps. I've trying ready hard to keep my calories down and avoiding ice cream cones.....(Carol ) (insert giggle)
I've been a bit over calories but still burning more than I'm eating.
